APLABOR (Labor Management System) is a web-based system developed by APIS Company Limited for recruitment agencies and organizations that manage workers employed abroad. It manages worker records from recruitment, document preparation and visas, through departure and return, to follow-up while workers are abroad.

Data is organized by destination country, and a dashboard shows the number of workers by country, gender and month, giving management an instant overview.
